About The Authors
Jason Likert, MCP and CISSP, is a Network Security and Infrastructure Specialist with over twelve years in the industry. After receiving several awards while in the United States Air Force, Jason accepted a position at Crowe Chizek, LLC in Chicago, IL as a Senior Consultant specializing in penetration testing and government compliance. Jason currently works as the Director of Systems and Security at NetShops, Inc., a prominent online retailer.
Chris Reffkin is a Senior Consultant focusing on networked and information security at Crowe Chizek and Co. LLC. Chris has been with Crowe for about three years where he has focused on the technology specific components (various OS, firewalls, routers, databases, etc.) of security as well as government and industry compliance for such regulations and standards as GLBA, HIPPA, and PCI to name a few.
Chris graduated from Purdue University with Distinction from the College of Technology with a B.S. in Network Engineering Technology. Chris expects to complete his Master’s of Science in Technology from Purdue University in May 2008.
